The conference is designed for anyone who wishes to learn more about sustainability: from school kids to young professionals, experienced professionals to self employed people. We strive to make this event as inclusive as possible, welcoming women, children, specially abled people as well as LGBTQIA community. No matter your physical location, if you have any interest in sustainability, we encourage you to register! The talks are varied and will touch upon biology, social sciences, technology, policy, medicine, economics, architecture, law and much more.
Registration to attend the conference is open to everyone. However, the option of presenting work is restricted to students (Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD students) and early-stage researchers, not beyond three years of working in the conservation sector. Those working in the social science aspects of conservation are encouraged to submit abstracts. Presentations of completed as well as work in progress, and from economic and social as well as biological aspects of conservation, are welcome. Although we anticipate that most participants will be Masters or PhD students, we encourage participation from all early-career researchers, whether or not they are registered for an academic degree.
This conference is mainly meant for students registered at universities and young professionals in South and South-east Asian and African countries or working in this region. However, self-funded participants from other countries may also apply.
